We're looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team as our client portfolio expands. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and wants to build meaningful programs with long-term potential.
About the role.
As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for establishing and scaling affiliate programs for a portfolio of clients. You'll operate as both strategist and operator, leading with data, creativity, and executional excellence. You'll design, launch, and manage affiliate programs that drive measurable acquisition, efficiency, and ROI.
About your experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing affiliate or partnership marketing role, ideally in fintech, insurtech, or adjacent industries
- Proven track record in building, launching, and optimizing affiliate programs
- Experience with affiliate platforms: Impact, Rakuten, CJ, Everflow, Appsflyer
- End-to-end affiliate management, including platform setup, partner recruitment, and performance optimization
- Strong project management and communication skills
